Job Title: QA Lead – PeopleSoft Data Migration
Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in PeopleSoft data migration, data cleansing, and test automation. The ideal candidate will lead onshore QA teams, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure high-quality delivery through Selenium/Cucumber automation and CI/CD integration.
This role is critical in validating PeopleSoft data migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless system transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Leadership
- Lead QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to QA standards and best practices
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Automation & Data Migration Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber
- Perform data migration testing for PeopleSoft, including:
- Data validation
- Data reconciliation
- Data cleansing verification
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and partner with development teams for resolution
Offshore Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams
- Lead daily sync-ups and ensure clear communication of priorities and requirements
- Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and mentoring
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, defect logs)
- Provide regular QA status reports to stakeholders
- Track and report QA metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and automation progress
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 2+ years of experience in a QA Lead role
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- PeopleSoft data migration testing
- Data cleansing and validation
- Selenium
- Cucumber
- Java or Python
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore QA teams
