Job Title: QE Automation Engineer BANKING Experience mandate
Location: San Antonio, TX (100% Onsite – San Antonio only)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QE Automation Engineer with strong expertise in functional and automation testing for banking teller applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Argo Teller (preferred), strong automation skills using Selenium and Java, and proven experience working in structured QA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform test planning, test design, and test execution for functional and automation testing
- Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Java
- Conduct functional testing of teller applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Validate end-to-end banking transactions and workflows
- Log, track, and manage defects using test management tools
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing (functional and automation)
- Experience with Teller applications (Argo Teller preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Selenium
- Java
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools:
- JIRA
- qTest
- Strong understanding of banking transaction workflows
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
