Python Full Stack Developer – Generative AI
Location: Charlotte, NC ONSITE
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic systems. This role will lead the end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable web applications, combining robust backend development, modern frontend frameworks, and cutting-edge AWS GenAI services.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating large language models, designing agent-based workflows, and delivering production-grade full-stack solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Application Development
- Lead the full lifecycle development of web applications from design through deployment and maintenance
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Django and Flask
- Design and implement modern, high-performance front-end applications using Angular
Generative AI & Agentic Systems
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities using AWS Bedrock and foundation models
- Design and implement agentic systems, including:
- Planning and reasoning
- Tool orchestration
- Memory management
- Workflow automation
- Apply GenAI to enhance application intelligence and business automation
API & Data Management
- Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Integrate front-end, back-end, and external services
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases to support application requirements
Engineering Excellence
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and promote knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and debug complex full-stack issues
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers in an Agile environment
- Stay current with advancements in:
- Python & Angular
- Cloud technologies (AWS)
- Generative AI & LLMs
- Agentic architectures
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Python (Full Stack Development)
- Angular and modern front-end technologies
- Django / Flask frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AWS Bedrock
- Experience building agent-based / agentic AI systems
- Strong API development experience (REST & GraphQL)
- Solid database design skills (Relational & NoSQL)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud-native architectures on AWS
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks
- Strong system design and architectural leadership skills
