Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance SME with strong exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations, deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, and the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support projects involving Manufacturing and SCM modules.
Act as a functional SME, providing solution design, configuration, testing, and user support.
Collaborate with Oracle SR teams, DBAs, and support groups to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
Prepare functional documents, configuration documents, and support testing cycles (CRP, UAT).
Provide client-facing support with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12
Solid technical knowledge in:
SQL / PL/SQL
Oracle Forms / OAF
Oracle Reports
UNIX
AOL
RICE Components
Form Personalizations
Required Functional Expertise (Oracle EBS R12)
Purchasing (PO)
Order Management & Pricing
Inventory Management
Costing
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work in Progress (WIP)
Quality
Production Scheduling
MRP / MPS / Inventory Planning
Available-to-Promise (ATP)
