Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – AI to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role requires deep product management expertise, strong collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with industry-leading AI ecosystems. The ideal candidate will drive large-scale digital and system transformations, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value while enhancing user productivity and automating workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from ideation and strategy through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services, Amazon Bedrock, or AWS SageMaker to design scalable, intelligent solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, data, and business teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of technical changes on business processes and user experience.
• Drive prioritization decisions based on value, risk, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely communication.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts to ensure successful product delivery.
• Track and report on product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, business, or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably within large-scale, global enterprise environments.
• Strong experience leading enterprise business and system transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as:
• Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services
• Amazon Bedrock
• AWS SageMaker
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable AI solutions that improve productivity, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong understanding of how technical changes affect business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills without direct authority.
• Excellent conflict resolution and team facilitation abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
