Title: Senior AWS Cloud Full Stack Engineer – Amazon Connect & IVR
Location: Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, IVR call flows, and AWS services. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable omnichannel contact center solutions while ensuring high availability and performance.

The candidate should have strong experience in AWS services, Terraform scripting, DevOps practices, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. Experience integrating contact center platforms with enterprise systems such as Salesforce is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support cloud contact center platforms including Amazon Connect and Salesforce.
• Configure omnichannel contact center solutions including teams, queues, routing profiles, and skills.
• Design and implement IVR call flows using Amazon Connect.
• Develop and maintain call routing logic and prompts.
• Coordinate with business units for call flow design, testing, and implementation.
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using modern programming languages.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for IVR and cloud deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AWS and telephony environments.
• Design highly available and scalable cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and business users.
• Document system configurations and processes.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Experience designing IVR call flows and call routing.
• Experience with Terraform scripting.
• Experience with AWS services such as:
• Lambda
• S3
• Lex
• Programming experience in at least one language:
• Python
• Java
• Node.js
• C# / .NET
• DevOps experience and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

 

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud.
• Experience building contact center solutions.
• Experience with Amazon Connect configuration and deployment.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
