Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead – Patient Strategy to architect and deliver patient-centric digital solutions in the Pharma Commercial domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS data services, and AI-driven patient engagement solutions.

This role will focus on designing integrated ecosystems that ensure a single source of truth for patient data, while leveraging Agentic AI to deliver proactive patient engagement insights.


Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Health Cloud & CRM Architecture

  • Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud or other Patient CRM platforms.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to define end-to-end system flows.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise systems.
  • Maintain a unified and governed patient data model.

AI Orchestration & Agentic AI

  • Design and develop Agentic AI solutions for patient engagement.
  • Build AI agents that process real-time data from enterprise data lakes.
  • Deliver proactive insights and nudges to:
    • Patients
    • Case Managers
  • Develop AI solutions using AWS Bedrock.

AWS Cloud & Data Engineering

  • Architect solutions using AWS services such as:
    • Lambda
    • Glue
    • S3
    • Athena
  • Integrate CRM systems with AWS data lakes.
  • Optimize data pipelines and workflows.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all solutions comply with:
    • HIPAA
    • Regional privacy regulations
    • Pharma compliance standards
  • Implement secure data-sharing and privacy controls.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze complex datasets to drive patient engagement strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.
  • Maintain performance and scalability of patient data systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, IT, Data, and Compliance teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in patient services transformation.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement / Patient Services tools (Pharma Commercial domain).
  • Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena).
  • Experience building AI Agents using AWS Bedrock.
  • Strong understanding of real-time data orchestration.
  • Experience working with enterprise data lakes.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards.
