Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead – Security with a strong background in Agile methodologies, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Cloud Security. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams in a scaled environment while supporting security-focused initiatives, particularly in cloud and identity management domains.
This role requires a combination of Scrum Master expertise, technical understanding of cloud security (AWS), and strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. The candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of IAM and security-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Leadership
- Act as Scrum Lead / Scrum Master for security and IAM-focused Agile teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Support continuous improvement of Agile processes.
- Guide teams on Scrum best practices and Agile principles.
Agile & Scaled Environment
- Work in a scaled Agile environment with multiple Scrum teams.
- Participate in Scrum-of-Scrums and cross-team coordination.
- Support program increment planning.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Manage large and complex backlogs.
Jira Management
- Configure and manage Jira boards and workflows.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Track sprint metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.
- Monitor team performance and progress.
- Maintain Agile project documentation.
IAM & Security Initiatives
- Support IAM and cloud security initiatives.
- Collaborate with security engineers and architects.
- Help prioritize security-related work.
- Ensure alignment with security goals.
- Track delivery of security projects.
Cloud Security
- Support AWS security initiatives.
- Coordinate IAM-related activities.
- Assist with cloud security implementations.
- Work with teams on least privilege access models.
- Support secure access initiatives.
Session Management & Secure Access
- Support secure access and session management initiatives.
- Coordinate implementation activities.
- Work with security teams on privileged access.
- Assist with secure connectivity solutions.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Provide project updates and status reports.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Support conflict resolution.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment.
