Location : Tampa, FL Or Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration : 8+ Month of Contract to Hire


They must have all of this!

•       Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology

•       Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting experience

•       Fieldglass Reporting Experience, must have worked with Fieldglass

•       Strong Finance Knowledge

•       Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams.

•       Must Have Advanced Skills in Microsoft Products: Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA & Macros, Data Tables, Simulations, Advanced Charting, Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting, Power Pivot, What IF Analysis), Advanced Power BI skills, MS SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Access

•       Documentation and visualization master

 

Job Description:

 

·       Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products.

·       Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns

·       Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures

·       Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

·       Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs

·       Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients

·       Identifying and recommending new ways to streamline business processes

·       Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data

·       Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements

Skill Requirements:

·       6-10 years of BA experience; Strong Business and Data Analysis skills

·       Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams.

·       Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology

·       Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting experience

·       Fieldglass Reporting Experience
