Job Title: Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter)

Exp Req: 8-10 yrs
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in PolicyCenter configuration and integration development. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience working on Guidewire implementations, enhancements, and support projects within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
This role requires deep knowledge of Guidewire configuration, integrations, and customization using Gosu and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Perform configuration activities including:
Product model changes
PCF (Page Configuration Format) updates
Workflows and business rules
Develop and support integrations using:
Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Messaging queues
External system integrations
Write and maintain code using Gosu.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Experience in:
Configuration (PCF, workflows, rules, product model)
Integration development (SOAP/REST services)
Proficiency in Gosu programming.
Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
