Location: Dallas, TX 75240

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role requires strong expertise in Azure architecture, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AI/ML integration.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders—particularly within apparel, manufacturing, and sports industries—to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Lead architecture design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing Azure solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
DevOps Leadership
Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep.
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
Promote DevOps best practices and automation strategies.
AI & Innovation
Architect and integrate AI/ML services (Azure AI, Azure OpenAI) into applications.
Design scalable AI-powered solutions that unlock business value.
Evaluate and implement innovative cloud-native AI patterns.
Technical Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to develop technical roadmaps.
Align technical strategies with long-term organizational objectives.
Act as escalation point for complex architectural and technical challenges.
Mentor development teams and promote engineering excellence.
Communicate architectural trade-offs and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Industry & Business Alignment
Work with stakeholders in apparel, manufacturing, labels, and sports industries.
Architect solutions that enhance:
Supply chain visibility
Inventory management
Digital customer engagement
Leverage domain knowledge to align technology with business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in software development/IT.
Minimum 4+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
Deep expertise in Azure ecosystem including:
Azure App Service
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure Functions
Azure SQL
Azure Storage
Strong understanding of Azure networking and security.
CI/CD expertise (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep).
Experience designing AI/ML-integrated architectures (Azure AI stack preferred).
Industry experience in apparel, manufacturing, labels, or sports (Required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Databricks.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
