ServiceNow Developer & Administrator

Location: Evendale, OH (Onsite – 3–4 Days/Week)

Eligibility: US Citizen (Single Citizenship Only)

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Important Requirement

Candidates must have an active ServiceNow certification verifiable through the official ServiceNow Partner Portal. Profiles without an active certification will not be considered.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer & Administrator to support multiple FedRAMP ServiceNow instances in a fast-paced Agile environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Development

Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain ServiceNow environments.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring.

Support both production and non-production instances.

Perform routine configuration updates and enhancements.

Production Support & Troubleshooting

Provide daily administration and issue resolution.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.

Collaborate with Production Support and ServiceNow Operations teams.

Document administrative processes and resolution procedures.

Upgrades & System Maintenance

Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades and patching.

Ensure instances are up to date with latest patches and configuration standards.

Assist in report, dashboard configuration, and operational maintenance tasks.

Collaboration & Agile Participation

Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior administrators/developers.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience.

3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience.

3+ years of hands-on experience with:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Knowledge Management

Service Catalog

ITOM / CMDB

Strong JavaScript experience.

Strong troubleshooting and performance diagnostics skills.

Agile methodology experience.

Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SPM and/or APM.

ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.

Experience in ServiceNow Development, Administration, and Integration.

Key Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in regulated/FedRAMP environments.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Team collaboration and mentoring abilities.
