Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network SME with strong expertise in enterprise wireless networking, RF design, and Cisco wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wireless solution design, RF site surveys using Ekahau, and enterprise-level wireless troubleshooting. This role requires deep technical knowledge of wireless standards, network security, and Cisco wireless infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Wireless Design & Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise-grade wireless LAN/WAN solutions.
• Plan and optimize wireless network architecture for performance and scalability.
• Provide wireless solutioning and design expertise for enterprise environments.

Site Survey & RF Analysis

• Conduct passive and active RF site surveys using Ekahau Site Survey Pro.
• Analyze RF coverage, interference, and capacity requirements.
• Optimize wireless performance based on survey results.

Hardware Configuration

• Configure and maintain Cisco wireless access points and controllers.
• Work with Cisco Catalyst and Aironet Access Points.
• Configure and manage Wireless LAN Controllers (9800/5520/5508 series).

Security Implementation

• Implement wireless security policies.
• Configure authentication using 802.1X and RADIUS.
• Integrate wireless solutions with Cisco ISE.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Provide Tier-3 support for wireless network issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Support voice-over-WiFi environments.

Monitoring & Management

• Monitor wireless infrastructure using Cisco DNA Center.
• Perform network optimization and automation.
• Maintain performance and availability of wireless networks.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports on time.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation.
