Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Avature System Administrator to manage configuration, workflows, integrations, and day-to-day operational support for the Avature ATS platform.
The ideal candidate must hold an Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification and bring strong experience supporting HR, Recruiting, and Staffing systems in enterprise environments.
This role will serve as the primary functional and configuration expert, working closely with HR, IT, and vendors to maintain system integrity and drive HR technology initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
3–5+ years of hands-on Avature Administrator experience
Strong experience supporting HR/Recruiting/ATS systems
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Core Responsibilities
System Configuration & Workflow Management
Configure Avature modules and workflows.
Document configuration decisions and business/system requirements.
Maintain system design standards and governance.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day issue resolution for:
HR teams
Recruiters
Hiring Managers
Candidates
Analyze complex data issues and determine root causes.
Coach users and provide platform best-practice guidance.
Integration & Interface Management
Support inbound and outbound interfaces.
Partner with IT and HR to troubleshoot integration issues.
Propose, test, and implement system enhancements.
Upgrades & Maintenance
Support platform upgrades and patches.
Perform testing, validation, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure minimal disruption to recruiting operations.
Security & Data Integrity
Manage role-based security configurations.
Maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
Ensure compliance with enterprise HR data governance policies.
Training & Documentation
Develop training materials.
Deliver end-user training sessions.
Maintain updated documentation for system configurations and processes.
Technical & Functional Skills
Avature configuration & workflow expertise
HR Staffing Systems knowledge
Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Visio preferred)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with HR Technology roadmaps

Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong time and project management skills
Results-driven with strong issue-resolution mindset
