Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Support Executive with strong expertise in Office 365 administration, Microsoft SQL Server, and application monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will provide technical and business support for mortgage and banking applications, manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and system performance. This role requires strong knowledge of banking or consumer lending systems and experience supporting enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules and system configurations.
- Design and maintain custom print forms and templates.
- Manage user groups, permissions, and access control.
- Support version management and application releases.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and integrations.
- Support integrations with mortgage and banking platforms such as nCino Mortgage and Optimal Blue.
- Prepare HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) update files and manage batch processing.
- Manage reporting databases and data warehouses.
- Build and maintain Dynamic Data Management (DDM) tables and rules.
- Configure fees and business-related fields.
- Troubleshoot application and database-related issues.
- Monitor applications using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Perform system and application maintenance tasks.
Business Support Responsibilities
- Run daily hotlist reports and monitor issues.
- Build and maintain Crystal Reports for scheduling and reporting.
- Generate monthly survey reports.
- Maintain service account passwords with vendors and LOS systems.
- Maintain business contacts including payees and employees.
- Create ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Support business users and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Maintain documentation and system procedures.
