Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Solution Architect with strong expertise in AWS Cloud and modern architectural patterns including microservices, streaming technologies, and event-driven architectures.
The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
· Drive full stack solution design based on industry best practices.
· Architect solutions leveraging:
o Microservices architecture
o Streaming technologies
o Event-driven architectures
· Design modular, decoupled, and integrated systems.
· Enhance non-functional requirements including:
o Scalability
o Performance
o Availability
o Reliability
o Maintainability
o Reusability
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
· Collaborate with domain architects, SMEs, product owners, and delivery leads.
· Provide consultation and architectural guidance to software delivery leaders and technical teams.
· Lead the identification and implementation of:
o Reference architectures
o Reusable libraries
o Frameworks and architectural artifacts
· Evangelize architectural best practices and design standards across teams.
Operational Support & Governance
· Support operations teams with root cause analysis and preventative analysis.
· Ensure system integrity through architectural governance.
· Drive continuous improvement of software design patterns.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
· Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
· Facilitate knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
· Maintain updated system design artifacts and architectural diagrams.
Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years of overall IT experience.
· Strong experience with AWS Cloud architecture and services.
· Expertise in:
o Microservices architecture
o Event-driven systems
o Streaming technologies
· Strong understanding of full stack development frameworks.
· Experience designing highly scalable and distributed systems.
· Strong experience handling non-functional requirements.
· Experience supporting production systems and performing RCA.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
