Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement and support ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop architectural roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
ServiceNow Implementation
- Implement ITSM processes including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Implement ITOM solutions including:
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Management
- Orchestration
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Develop custom modules using App Engine.
- Configure workflows and automation.
CMDB & CSDM
- Design and implement CMDB architecture.
- Maintain CMDB data integrity and governance.
- Implement and maintain CSDM frameworks.
- Configure Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Develop and maintain discovery patterns.
- Configure probes and sensors.
- Maintain CMDB relationships and dependencies.
Integration
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Integrate ServiceNow with:
- LDAP
- Active Directory
- SAP
- Monitoring tools
- Custom APIs
- Ensure data synchronization across platforms.
- Support enterprise monitoring integrations.
Development & Configuration
- Configure forms, UI policies, and business rules.
- Develop workflows and automation.
- Configure notifications and reporting.
- Perform data imports and transformations.
- Develop custom scripts.
- Maintain ServiceNow applications.
Scripting & Automation
- Develop scripts using:
- JavaScript
- Python
- PowerShell
- Perl
- SSH
- WMI
- SNMP
- XPath
- Automate ServiceNow processes.
- Optimize workflows and automation.
Platform Optimization
- Optimize ServiceNow performance.
- Improve system usability.
- Review data models and integrations.
- Enhance workflows and automation.
- Improve system efficiency.
Governance & Security
- Implement ServiceNow governance processes.
- Manage access controls and permissions.
- Ensure platform security.
- Maintain compliance standards.
- Manage configuration standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical leadership.

- Support project planning.
