Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager with strong expertise in Enovia PLM and exposure to AI-driven project solutions. The ideal candidate will lead and manage PLM programs integrated with AI-enabled components, ensuring successful delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional technical, business, and customer teams, along with hands-on knowledge of DevOps and predictive analytics environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end PLM (Enovia) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project lifecycle phases including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Drive integration of AI-enabled components within PLM programs.
• Support AI-driven project solutions such as predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to embed AI capabilities into PLM processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to gather requirements and align on objectives.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD alignment, environment setup, and deployment processes.
• Facilitate project status meetings, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and project metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice adoption.

 

Required Skills:

·        Strong experience in PLM Project Management – Enovia.

·        Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions or AI-enabled PLM components.

·        Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD environments.

·        Exposure to Predictive Analytics within enterprise systems.

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·        Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
