Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing the Vulnerability Response (VR) module. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience and expertise in vulnerability management integrations, automation, and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to support vulnerability lifecycle management.
• Implement solutions for vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow VR with external vulnerability scanners and CMDB.
• Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for vulnerability data ingestion.
• Develop automation for vulnerability assignment and remediation processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for vulnerability metrics and KPIs.
• Support integration with third-party security tools.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery integrations.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to improve vulnerability management processes.

 

Required Skills:

• 5–9 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development.
• Workflows and Flow Designer
• Business Rules and Client Scripts
• Glide API
• JavaScript
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanners such as:
• Qualys
• Tenable
• Rapid7
• Prisma Cloud
• Strong understanding of CMDB and Discovery.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.

 

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
