Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Lead with a strong consulting background to lead enterprise financial implementations in a Wholesale Distribution environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, strong integration knowledge with SAP Logistics Execution (LE), and the ability to collaborate across finance, supply chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Financials Leadership
Lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Tax and Expenses
Configure financial setups such as Chart of Accounts, approval workflows, payment terms, and accounting rules.
Drive automation and efficiency across invoice processing, vendor payments, and inventory valuation.
Wholesale Distribution Focus
Align Oracle Financials with wholesale distribution operations, including:
Inventory valuation
Landed cost
Rebates
Margin and profitability analysis
Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial integration across:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Support compliance and reporting for distribution-specific KPIs such as gross margin by SKU, vendor funding, and freight allocation.
Integration & Financial Supply Chain
Work with third-party financial supply chain tools, including:
HighRadius
Blackline
TM1
Concur
Kyriba
Vertex
Ensure seamless financial and operational integration across platforms.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit standards.
Maintain functional documentation, configuration details, test scripts, and change management records.
Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training for finance and operations teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver scalable solutions.
Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Support additional duties as required to ensure successful program delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience with a strong consulting background.
Extensive hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong understanding of Wholesale Distribution financial processes.
Experience integrating Oracle Financials with SAP ERP Logistics Execution (LE) (Inbound & Outbound).
Proven leadership in enterprise ERP implementations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with SAP HCM / ECP / SuccessFactors payroll for US and Mexico.
Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central time management.
Experience with SAP HCM structures, EC configuration, RCM, onboarding, workflows, and integrations.
Ability to work closely with SAP technical teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
