Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Appian Developer with a strong background in Java and hands-on experience in Appian BPM development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based solutions for a pure development project.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement applications using Appian BPM.
Apply design patterns and best practices in application development.
Collaborate with global teams in a Global Delivery Model environment.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong technical and functional design.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in Appian Development.
Solid Java development background.
L2 Appian Certification (mandatory).
Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts.
Strong technical and design skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite at North Quincy, MA location.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
Prior experience in onsite–offshore or global delivery setups.
