Job Title: Front-End Developer / Team Lead (HTML, HTMX)

Location: New York / New Jersey (Onsite)

Employment Type: Long term contract

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in HTML, HTMX, and modern front-end technologies to join our team for a client engagement based in the North East region (New York/New Jersey).

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability & Experience to lead a small team while directly interacting with clients. This role requires someone who can represent the team confidently and deliver high-quality front-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, HTMX, and front-end technologies
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements
• Lead and mentor a small front-end development team
• Ensure high-quality UI/UX implementation and performance optimization
• Participate in project planning, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Work closely with backend and cross-functional teams for seamless integration

 

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in HTML and HTMX
• Good experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UI development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small development team

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with onsite/onshore clients
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
