Title: Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: St. Joseph, Missouri

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Maximo Techno-Functional Expert with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to support a high-complexity enterprise asset management solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional knowledge of MAS, particularly MAS Health & Monitor, and will play a key role in implementation, enhancements, and stakeholder collaboration for a global energy solutions customer.

 

Must-Have Skills :

• Extensive hands-on experience with MAS 8/9, including implementation and support
• MAS Health & Monitor implementation and configuration experience
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Asset Management processes
• Experience with Maximo add-ons and related technologies
• DB2 database experience
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for work item tracking and delivery
• Strong team leadership experience, managing high-performance technical teams
• MAS certification – Preferred

 

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with MAS Predict and MRIO
• End-to-end Maximo implementations for Manufacturing customers
• Experience conducting requirements, design, and acceptance workshops (Rail domain preferred)
• Experience delivering Maximo training sessions for Manufacturing customers
• Knowledge of infrastructure planning (middleware, databases, application servers)

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute enhancement and support activities for a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementation with multiple add-ons
• Take a hands-on role in design and implementation of epics using an Agile delivery approach
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders
• Act as a key liaison for technical and functional decision-making
• Review and ensure compliance with delivery milestones and plan future quarterly deliverables
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to both client stakeholders and TCS management
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring best practices and delivery excellence
