Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ADF 12c Developer with strong expertise in J2EE web applications, Oracle SOA/BPEL integrations, and production support.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle ADF 12c, JDeveloper, PL/SQL, and enterprise application servers, and will support development, enhancements, and issue resolution in a high-availability production environment.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Oracle ADF & Development
· 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ADF 12c (Mandatory)
· Strong experience using Oracle JDeveloper
· Development of J2EE Web ADF applications
· Experience working with:
o WebLogic
o JBoss
o WebSphere
o Tomcat
Oracle SOA & Integration
· Experience with:
o Oracle SOA Suite
o Oracle BPEL
· Strong understanding of distributed technologies and enterprise integrations
Database Expertise
· Strong experience in:
o Oracle PL/SQL
o SQL
· Query optimization and performance tuning
· Understanding of data models and backend services
Core Responsibilities
Application Development & Enhancements
· Develop and enhance Oracle ADF 12c applications.
· Implement code fixes for production issues.
· Build scalable and maintainable J2EE-based solutions.
Production Support & Incident Management
· Analyze production incidents and identify root causes.
· Handle production support calls.
· Troubleshoot application issues across multiple environments.
· Deploy code fixes and validate resolution.
Requirement Analysis & Collaboration
· Work with client business analysts to understand requirements.
· Review business requirements and identify functional gaps.
· Explain solution design and framework to onsite/offshore teams.
Deployment & Operations Support
· Support solutions through deployment lifecycle.
· Monitor and stabilize post-deployment performance.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement.

· Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models
