Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Developer Lead with strong backend expertise in FastAPI/Flask/Django REST and modern frontend development using React (Vite + TypeScript).
This role requires hands-on leadership across API development, cloud deployments, containerization, DevOps automation, messaging systems, and enterprise-grade security integration.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable designing scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with frontend, infrastructure, and security teams.
Frontend (UI) Requirements
· ReactJS (18+) using Vite

Core Responsibilities
· Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs.
· Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
· Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and security.
· Implement automated testing frameworks.
· Lead peer code reviews and enforce coding standards.
· Troubleshoot across development, certification, and production environments.
· Support DevOps processes including containerization and cloud deployment.
· Ensure API security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting).
· Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
Required Skills
· 8–10+ years of software development experience
· Strong Python backend expertise
· React + TypeScript frontend experience
· CI/CD and containerization expertise
· Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
· Strong understanding of security and API governance
