Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong expertise in data integration, enterprise CRM data architecture, and Salesforce development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) in a production environment and proven expertise integrating Azure Databricks with Salesforce Data Cloud.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring configuration, development, and end-to-end implementation experience — not just advisory expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) in enterprise environments.
• Design and deliver integration between Azure Databricks and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Configure and manage Databricks connectors within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Create and deploy Data Streams for data ingestion.
• Implement Zero-Copy Federation use cases.
• Configure and tune Identity Resolution.
• Activate and push curated data to Salesforce CRM orgs.
• Enable and configure Data Cloud features including:
• Data Cloud Setup
• Data Spaces
• Roles and Permission Sets
• Manage Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and map them to the Customer 360 data model.
• Design scalable data architecture and ensure data governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

 

Required Technical Skills:

• At least one enterprise-level production implementation
• Hands-on configuration and deployment
• Data Streams creation and deployment
• Identity Resolution configuration and optimization
• Activation to Salesforce CRM
• Zero-Copy Federation implementation
• Data Lake Objects (DLOs) management
• Customer 360 data model mapping
• End-to-end integration between Azure Databricks and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Databricks connector configuration (Batch & Zero Copy options)
• Data ingestion and federation strategies
• Lightning Flow (process automation & workflows)
• Apex (custom logic, triggers, integrations)
• JavaScript
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce CRM development best practices

 

Core Competencies:

• 5+ years in data integration, data platform engineering, or enterprise CRM data architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling and governance
• Ability to design scalable and secure data solutions
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
