Title: Axiom UAT Analyst

Location: New York - Hybrid

 

Role Description:

We are seeking experienced Axiom UAT Analysts to support functional component testing for Phase 2 of a large-scale Axiom implementation. The role focuses on validating and testing the automation of critical Federal Reserve regulatory reports prior to formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The analyst will work on multiple complex regulatory reports, including FRY9C, FFIEC 002, FFIEC 031, FRY15, and FFIEC 009, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance across all report schedules and data sources.

 

Regulatory Reports in Scope:

• FRY9C – Consolidated Financial Statements for Holding Companies
• FFIEC 002 – Assets and Liabilities of U.S. Branches and Agencies of Foreign Banks
• FFIEC 031 – Call Report for Domestic Banks
• FRY15 – Systemic Risk Report
• FFIEC 009 – Country Exposure Report

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional component testing of Axiom regulatory reports ahead of formal UAT.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and test cases aligned to report schedules.
• Review report schedule development for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct line-level (MDRM) data validation, identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
• Validate integration of financial data sources including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and sub-ledgers.
• Test system functionality, including:
• Drill-through capabilities
• Report generation
• Data loading and processing
• Perform historical report versioning and accessibility checks.
• Review and test workflow processes, including:
• Version saving and locking
• Maker-checker controls
• Submission capabilities
• Perform cross-checks and inter-series validations across related reports.
• Log, track, update, and close defects and issues using JIRA.
• Escalate issues and participate in working groups to remediate defects and close gaps.
• Prepare and deliver test results, defect summaries, and status reports.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on experience with Axiom (Addenza) Regulatory Reporting system.
• Proven experience in UAT / Functional Testing for regulatory reporting platforms.
• In-depth understanding of Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Analytics.
• Experience testing Federal Reserve regulatory reports (FRY / FFIEC reports).
• Strong experience using JIRA for defect and test management.
• Expertise in test case and test script development, execution, and documentation.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Good understanding of financial products and their applicability to regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL for data validation and analysis.
