Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, Vulnerability Management, and platform integrations. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust integrations, automating vulnerability workflows, enhancing CMDB accuracy, and delivering operational and governance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Integration & Development
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using:
REST / SOAP APIs
Integration Hub
LDAP, JDBC, ODBC
SSO / SAML
Develop and maintain:
Script Includes
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Actions, UI Policies
Flow Designer & Workflows
Build scalable integration solutions with AWS and Azure platforms.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and synchronization between systems.
Vulnerability Management (Core Focus)
Implement Container Vulnerability Management workflows, including orchestration for scanning and remediation.
Design Infrastructure Vulnerability workflows for endpoints and IPs not mapped to CMDB assets.
Automate vulnerability intake, prioritization, remediation tracking, and closure processes.
Ensure alignment with security and governance requirements.
ITOM, CMDB & Discovery
Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for:
On-prem infrastructure
Cloud environments (AWS & Azure)
Maintain and enhance CMDB accuracy following CSDM framework best practices.
Support platform availability, performance, and security.
Reporting, Analytics & Governance
Create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations in ServiceNow.
Build operational, management, and governance dashboards (Power BI exposure preferred).
Leverage ServiceNow Performance Analytics for insights and KPIs.
Collaboration & Delivery
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Provide technical stewardship and contribute to IT Service Delivery transformation initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues and drive resolutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, integration, and upgrades.
4+ years of ServiceNow development with a strong focus on integrations.
Deep understanding of:
ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships
ITSM and ITOM
CMDB & CSDM
Strong hands-on experience with:
ServiceNow APIs & Integration Hub
JavaScript (mandatory); Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell (nice to have)
Experience with REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Vulnerability Management workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with xMatters
Backend SQL Server development experience
Power BI dashboard development exposure
