Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in SAP BASIS-HANA, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and SAP RISE in public cloud environments.
The ideal candidate must have strong real-world administration experience in SAP BTP (not just exposure) and be capable of providing expert-level BASIS support, troubleshooting, and architecture guidance in enterprise SAP landscapes.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS – HANA
- Strong hands-on administration experience in SAP BTP/BWZ
- Experience working with SAP RISE (Public Cloud)
- Expertise in BASIS lifecycle activities:
- Installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting
- System monitoring and optimization
- Strong knowledge of RISE service request processes
- Experience supporting L2/L3 environments
Key Responsibilities
SAP BASIS & BTP Administration
- Provide advanced support across SAP BASIS functions.
- Administer and manage SAP BTP environments (real hands-on configuration and troubleshooting required).
- Support SAP RISE public cloud environments.
- Research and resolve complex technical issues.
- Guide team members on advanced BASIS topics.
Project & Documentation
- Create detailed technical documentation for SAP initiatives.
- Develop task lists and execution plans aligned with project milestones.
- Produce professional PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder updates.
Global Coordination & Leadership
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones.
- Lead meetings and drive productive technical discussions.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver assigned tasks.
- Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies periodically.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with client and organizational processes.
- Support mandatory training and process adherence.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness.

⚠️ Note: Candidates must clearly demonstrate hands-on SAP BTP administration experience. Profiles with only conceptual or limited (<1 year) exposure will not be considered.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing L2/L3 support teams
- Ability to independently research and solve complex problems
