Job Title: Senior Java Microservices Technical Lead
Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite) Local Only
Interview: Face-to-Face Required
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Hands-on experience with AWS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka
Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL/Aurora
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, MuleSoft
Experience with Jenkins, Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns
Experience in performance tuning, testing, debugging, and application integration
Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to ReactJS
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
Agile/Scrum leadership experience
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Java Spring Boot microservices.
Lead architecture, integration, and cloud-native development initiatives.
Work closely with UI, backend, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive code quality, performance optimization, CI/CD, and best engineering practices.
