Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (GenAI, Golang & React)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Founding Deployment Engineer (FDE) with expertise in Golang, ReactJS, and Generative AI technologies to work directly with enterprise customers and deliver AI-powered applications in production environments.

This role requires a highly technical, customer-facing engineer who can build scalable backend services, develop modern frontend applications, integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and deploy cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders and developing production-grade software.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering organizations to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed directly with enterprise customers to deploy, customize, and scale AI-powered applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Build modern, responsive, and scalable front-end applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into customer-facing products and workflows.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) including Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize applications in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to customer engineering teams.
• Support production deployments, performance tuning, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for AI application development.

• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise software solutions.

• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced customer environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflow systems.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Background in customer engineering, solutions engineering, or deployment engineering.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving adoption of new technologies
