Job Title: SAP O2C Architect (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: San Jose, CA -Onsite (Local Candidates Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and architectural knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes, subscription-based business models, pricing, billing, invoicing, and provisioning within SAP environments.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, optimize, and implement scalable SAP O2C solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP O2C Solution Architecture

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions.
• Define scalable and efficient business processes across order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, provisioning, and revenue-related functions.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA O2C transformation initiatives and best practices.

Subscription Order Management

• Design and implement subscription order management solutions for SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
• Support complex subscription lifecycle processes including renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Ensure seamless integration between subscription management and financial processes.

Billing & Invoicing

• Architect and optimize billing and invoicing processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure accurate invoice generation, revenue recognition alignment, and compliance with business requirements.
• Support high-volume transaction processing environments.

Pricing Management

• Configure and optimize SAP pricing procedures and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement complex pricing models, discounts, promotions, and contractual pricing structures.
• Ensure pricing consistency across sales channels and customer segments.

Provisioning & Fulfillment

• Lead provisioning architecture and process integration activities.
• Design workflows supporting product/service activation and fulfillment processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between sales, provisioning, and customer onboarding systems.

SAP S/4HANA & Finance Integration

• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure proper integration of O2C processes with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance environments.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and revenue-related business requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct solution workshops and architecture reviews.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA O2C implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Order Management
• Billing & Invoicing
• Pricing Configuration
• Subscription Order Management
• SaaS Business Models
• Provisioning Processes
• Minimum 5+ years of provisioning experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale SAP solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Central Finance.
• Knowledge of subscription-based revenue models and recurring billing processes.
• Experience supporting SaaS organizations.
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs.
