Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with AI Capabilities to join our cybersecurity team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and AI-driven security solutions. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise PAM platforms while leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance privileged access security, automate workflows, and improve threat detection.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with leading PAM technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and HashiCorp Vault, along with cloud security, scripting, automation, and Zero Trust security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise PAM solutions.
• Manage privileged account onboarding, lifecycle management, and credential governance.
• Configure password vaulting, credential rotation, and secure privileged access.
• Implement and maintain Privileged Session Management (PSM).
• Deploy Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-Enough-Access (JEA) access models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues across enterprise environments.

AI-Driven Security & Automation

• Develop and integrate AI/ML-driven security solutions for privileged access monitoring.
• Implement User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) for anomaly detection.
• Build AI-enabled models to detect insider threats and suspicious privileged activities.
• Implement risk-based authentication and adaptive access controls.
• Automate privileged account provisioning, approvals, and policy enforcement using AI.

Threat Detection & Security Monitoring

• Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise SIEM platforms such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Monitor privileged sessions and perform real-time threat analysis.
• Configure session recording, playback, and AI-based alert tuning.
• Support incident response, forensic investigations, and threat hunting activities.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to improve privileged access monitoring.

Integration & Cloud Security

• Integrate PAM platforms with IAM solutions including Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and SailPoint.
• Integrate with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and enterprise security platforms.
• Support cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, JSON integrations, and security data pipelines.
• Build AI-ready datasets from privileged access logs and security events.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Implement least privilege and Zero Trust security principles.
• Support compliance initiatives including SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Generate compliance reports, audit documentation, and AI-assisted security insights.
• Participate in governance reviews and policy development.

Automation & DevSecOps

• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Integrate PAM controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated remediation workflows using SOAR platforms.
• Improve operational efficiency through scripting and workflow automation.

Collaboration

• Partner with IAM Architects, Cloud Engineers, Security Operations, and AI/Data Science teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI-driven cybersecurity technologies.
• Recommend best practices for privileged identity security and enterprise access governance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and security strategy initiatives.

• 8–10 years of experience in Cybersecurity with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with:
• CyberArk
• BeyondTrust
• Delinea
• HashiCorp Vault
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience implementing Privileged Session Management (PSM).
• Experience with Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-Enough-Access (JEA).
• Knowledge of User & Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA).
• Experience integrating PAM with:
