Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud deployments, driving delivery governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful project execution across global enterprise environments.

This role requires strong leadership, customer-facing communication skills, and expertise in managing Oracle HCM Cloud projects through the complete lifecycle from planning and design through deployment and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud programs within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customer and implementation teams.

Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation

• Manage full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations including:
• Design
• Build
• Testing
• Deployment
• Go-Live
• Hypercare Support
• Coordinate implementation activities across functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Establish and lead governance forums including:
• Steering Committee (SteerCo)
• Program Reviews
• Status Meetings
• Change Control Boards
• Provide executive-level status reporting and delivery updates.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, executives, and project sponsors.

Scope & Change Management

• Manage Statement of Work (SOW)-based delivery engagements.
• Govern project scope and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
• Lead change request (CR) management processes.
• Evaluate scope changes, business impacts, and delivery risks.

Planning & Program Management

• Develop integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Project Managers to ensure alignment across all project activities.
• Manage dependencies, milestones, and resource planning.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage project issues and escalation processes.
• Monitor cross-functional dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive proactive resolution of project challenges.

Testing, Deployment & Hypercare

• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Ensure go-live readiness through comprehensive planning and validation.
• Oversee hypercare support and transition to steady-state operations.
• Monitor post-production stabilization activities.

Agile & Delivery Excellence

• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support PMO governance standards and delivery frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Experience working within vendor/customer delivery models.
• Strong understanding of Workforce Deployment and HCM business processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
