Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Hub Developer with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Integration Hub Spokes, Flow Designer, scripted REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and Workday integrations.

This role requires hands-on development experience and technical leadership capabilities to design, develop, and implement scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms while ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and integrations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of API-driven architectures and secure integration frameworks.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Technical Skills

ServiceNow Integration Hub

• Strong hands-on experience developing and implementing:
  • Integration Hub Spokes
  • Custom Integration Workflows
  • Enterprise Service Integrations
• Experience building reusable integration components and scalable integration frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Flow Designer

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • ServiceNow Flow Designer
  • Workflow Automation
  • Event-Driven Processes
  • Business Process Orchestration
• Experience creating and managing complex flows and automated processes across multiple enterprise systems.

API Development & Integration

• Extensive experience developing and supporting:
  • Scripted REST APIs
  • RESTful Web Services
  • API Integrations
  • JSON-Based Services
• Strong understanding of API lifecycle management and integration best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing API performance and reliability.

Security & Authentication

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

• Experience implementing secure communication mechanisms across enterprise applications.

Workday Integrations

• Strong hands-on experience with:

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Build and maintain custom Integration Hub Spokes and reusable integration components.
• Develop scalable and secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain API integrations using Scripted REST APIs and web services.

Workflow Automation

• Design and implement business workflows using Flow Designer.
• Automate business processes and system interactions across enterprise platforms.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration architecture and development best practices.
• Participate in solution design discussions and architectural reviews.
• Mentor developers and promote ServiceNow integration standards and reusable frameworks.

Security & Governance

• Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and enterprise security standards for integrations.
• Ensure integration solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.

Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and production incidents.
• Monitor integration performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support runbooks.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR platforms and enterprise applications.
• Experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
