Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst – PMO (Salesforce) to support strategic Sales Application initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will combine Business Analysis, PMO, Governance, Process Improvement, Data Analytics, and Salesforce ecosystem experience to drive operational excellence across programs and projects.

This role requires a versatile professional who can work across multiple functions, establish governance standards, provide portfolio visibility, facilitate process improvements, and leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Program Management

  • Support and enhance PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance processes.
  • Establish and maintain project, program, and portfolio management frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance requirements.
  • Monitor program execution and provide assurance for successful delivery.

Salesforce Environment & Business Planning

  • Support planning, governance, and management activities within Salesforce-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Assist in maintaining project roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain and enhance process repositories and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

Downtime & Change Management

  • Facilitate Sales Application downtime and change management processes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely communication and execution.
  • Track and manage action items through completion.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze project, program, and portfolio performance data.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide visibility and transparency.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Survey & Feedback Management

  • Develop and administer stakeholder feedback surveys.
  • Analyze survey results and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Track implementation of improvement initiatives.

AI Productivity & Automation

  • Identify and implement AI-driven use cases to improve internal productivity and business processes.
  • Evaluate opportunities for AI adoption across PMO and operational workflows.
  • Support AI self-sufficiency initiatives and process automation efforts.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Influence teams and facilitate collaboration across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Business Analysis
    • PMO Support
    • Program Management
    • Project Coordination
  • Experience supporting Salesforce environments or Salesforce-related programs.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Project Management
    • Program Management
    • Portfolio Management
    • Governance Frameworks
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
