Job Title: Oracle FCCS Developer

Location: Stamford, CT / Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions, specifically Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting FCCS applications while collaborating closely with Finance teams to streamline financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes.

This role requires hands-on experience in FCCS configuration, financial close automation, business rules development, integrations, reporting, and Oracle EPM Cloud administration.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle FCCS Development & Administration

• Lead Oracle FCCS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• Configure and maintain FCCS applications to support enterprise financial consolidation processes.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Financial Consolidation & Close

• Configure and support:
• Consolidation Rules
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Ownership Management
• Currency Translation
• Journals
• Allocations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

Business Requirements & Solution Design

• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable FCCS solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Integration & Data Management

• Design, develop, and support integrations between:
• Oracle FCCS
• General Ledger (GL) Systems
• Other Oracle EPM Modules
• Manage metadata and data movement using:
• Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
• Data Management
• Data Integration

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain:
• Financial Reports
• Management Reports
• Dashboards
• Smart View Templates
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for Finance stakeholders.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain:
• Groovy Business Rules
• Calculation Scripts
• EPM Automate Scripts
• Automate financial close and consolidation processes to improve efficiency.

Production Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• Data Loads
• Metadata
• Consolidation Processes
• Financial Reports
• Security and Access
• Provide ongoing support and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS.
• Experience implementing and supporting financial consolidation applications.
• Expertise in:
• Consolidation Rules
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Ownership Management
• Currency Translation
• Journals and Allocations
• Strong knowledge of Financial Close and Consolidation processes.
• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud and General Ledger integrations.
• Experience developing Groovy Rules and EPM Automate scripts.
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Smart View.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle SaaS ERP Financials Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud suite:
• FCCS
• EDM
• Data Management
• Data Integration
• Planning
• Narrative Reporting
• Experience supporting global finance organizations.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications preferred.
