Position Overview

We are seeking two highly experienced Gen AI / Agentic AI Technical Leads with strong hands-on development expertise in Python, AWS, and FastAPI/REST APIs. The ideal candidates will have 10+ years of overall software engineering experience and a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions.

This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands-on engineering, cloud architecture, and modern AI application development expertise. Candidates should be comfortable leading teams while actively contributing to architecture, coding, and solution delivery.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture & Development

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable AI services and intelligent automation platforms using Python and FastAPI.
• Architect and implement AI-driven workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate Large Language Models into enterprise applications and business processes.

Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical design and implementation of AI platforms and solutions.
• Define architecture standards, coding practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical direction to engineering teams.
• Mentor and guide developers on AI technologies and modern engineering practices.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Architect and deploy cloud-native AI applications on AWS.
• Design secure, resilient, and scalable microservices and API platforms.
• Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AI workloads in cloud environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and operational best practices.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirements and design through implementation and production deployment.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and scalability standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Experience deploying AI applications using container technologies and cloud services.
• Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
