Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Billbacks, Customer Rebates, and Deals Management on Vistex V4. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical understanding of Vistex pricing, agreements, claims, accruals, and settlement processes, along with exposure to Vistex Fiori and ViZi dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Vistex Billbacks & Rebates

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Vistex Billback and Customer Rebates modules using:

  • Composite models

  • Transactional models (Vistex V4)

• Support end-to-end claim processing, including:

  • Reconciliation

  • Memberships

  • Agreement close-out

  • Accrual true-up

  • ADM functionalities

• Manage data objects and membership rosters processing.

Pricing & Data Maintenance (DMP)

• Extensive experience with Vistex Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP), including:

  • Classic maintenance price records

  • Price proposals

  • Sheet extension tables

• Configure and maintain:

  • Price Sheets

  • Condition Tables & Access Sequences

  • Condition Types

  • Proposal Profiles

  • View Profiles

  • Master Request Types

  • Status Flows & Status Profiles

Agreements & Calculation Framework

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Agreements & Agreement Requests

  • Buckets & Accounting Object Reference Keys

  • Transactions & Partner Communication Documents

  • Calculation Buckets, Runs, and Procedures

• Configure and manage:

  • Agreement Types & Request Types

  • Condition Type Groups

  • Display & Proposal Profiles

  • IP Types

  • Condition Search Profiles

  • IP Header & Item Criteria

  • Accrual & Settlement Profiles

  • Sales Transaction Types

  • Copy Control (Transactions)

  • Calculation Paths & Business Scripts

Deals & Analytics

• Hands-on experience with Vistex Deals functionality, including:

  • Flexible groups

  • Drivers and deal structures

• Experience working with Vistex Fiori apps and ViZi dashboards for reporting and analytics.

Technical & Integration Support

• Strong technical understanding of:

  • ABAP debugging

  • User Exits, BADIs, and BAPIs related to Vistex

• Experience with:

  • Interfaces

  • EDI and IDocs

• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, issue resolution, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Vistex functional consulting.

• Strong expertise in Billbacks, Rebates, Pricing, Agreements, and Deals.

• Hands-on experience with Vistex V4.

• Strong understanding of pricing, accruals, settlements, and claims lifecycle.

• Good technical/debugging skills in ABAP (Vistex context).

• Experience with EDI / IDocs integrations.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
