🚫 This role is NOT for candidates who worked on custom-built or mainframe systems named "DeFi."
🚫 This role is NOT purely blockchain/crypto DeFi.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support post-origination loan servicing and system administration for defi SOLUTIONS Servicing and VLOS platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge traditional auto-lending operations with modern data platforms, supporting reconciliation, compliance, system operations, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

System & Platform Management

• Provide day-to-day system support for defi SOLUTIONS Servicing and VLOS (Vehicle Lending Origination System) platforms.

• Manage configurations, data validations, and operational workflows across lending systems.

• Act as a BSA liaison between business users, product teams, and engineering.

Loan Operations & Servicing

• Support loan servicing operations, including:

  • Payment processing

  • Escrow analysis

  • Paid-loan processing

• Ensure all servicing activities comply with regulatory and internal controls.

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Lead daily and monthly cash reconciliations between servicing systems and bank statements.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure audit readiness.

• Support reporting using SQL, Excel, and Snowflake.

Data, Integration & Automation

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to:

  • Identify and categorize auto-lending transactions

  • Integrate servicing data into downstream systems

• Drive process automation, converting manual workflows into scalable system solutions.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation without hand-holding.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

• Proactively identify operational and system risks.

• Ensure compliance with auto-finance regulatory standards.

• Support internal audits and control validations.

Top 3 REQUIRED Skills (Mandatory)

1. Direct experience with auto-lending platforms:

   • defi SOLUTIONS

   • VLOS

   • Fiserv Auto Lending / Financial Services Technology

2. Business Systems Analysis in loan origination or servicing environments.

3. System operations & support for lending platforms (not custom-built tools).

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

• Proficiency in:

  • SQL (basic to intermediate)

  • Snowflake

  • Advanced Excel

• Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
