Description:
We are seeking a UX Writer with strong expertise in content strategy, user experience design, and SEO. The ideal candidate will create engaging, user-centered content and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. UX Writing & Content Strategy
- Write clear, compelling, and user-focused content
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices
- Develop content strategies for websites, intranet, and knowledge management systems
- Ensure consistent voice and tone across all platforms
2. UX Design & Research
- Conduct UX research and define user experience strategies
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Facilitate UX workshops and user testing sessions
- Provide recommendations to improve user experience
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Support cross-functional teams in delivering cohesive user experiences
- Align branding and messaging across departments
4. Knowledge Management & Systems
- Build and maintain scalable knowledge bases
- Integrate content with platforms like ServiceNow workflows
- Improve internal documentation and knowledge-sharing processes
5. Branding & Communication
- Support branding initiatives and internal marketing campaigns
- Develop infographics and presentation content
- Ensure alignment with organizational brand standards

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work onsite across listed locations
