Position: Infrastructure Engineer

Location: NYC NY Hybrid

Role Summary

Seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certified Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise Teams collaboration, video conferencing, and calling environments, including hardware, networking, and call quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage Microsoft Teams infrastructure, policies, and governance
• Deploy and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and video devices
• Configure and manage CVI integrations
• Handle resource account configuration
• Perform meeting and call log analysis
• Configure and analyze Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)
• Support Back Office Calling environments
• Troubleshoot complex Teams issues across meetings, calling, and devices
• Partner with networking teams to align with network strategy (QoS, latency, bandwidth)
• Support app integrations using Microsoft APIs / Graph

·       Leverage Power Platform for automation and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MSFT Teams Collaboration & Infrastructure
• Experience with MTR, CVI, video devices, CQD, and calling
• Solid networking fundamentals for real-time communications
• Experience with Teams policies and enterprise troubleshooting

·       Knowledge of Power Platform, MSFT APIs, and app integrations

Preferred

Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certification

Enterprise or large-scale Teams environment experience
