Job Title: Odessa Support Analyst (L1/L2/L3)
Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite – 6565 Headquarters Drive, TX 75024)
Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Odessa Support Analyst to provide L1/L2/L3 production support for leasing and lending platforms. The ideal candidate will handle incident management, system configuration, and enhancements while ensuring smooth operation of the Odessa platform within a fast-paced AMS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support including:
- Incident triage
- Root cause analysis
- SLA-based resolution
- Perform configuration changes in Odessa:
- Product setup
- Rate configuration
- Workflow rules
- Document templates
- User/role management
- Analyze and implement small functional enhancements in collaboration with business and offshore teams
- Troubleshoot:
- Integrations
- APIs
- Data flows between upstream/downstream systems
- Write and execute SQL queries for:
- Data validation
- Bug investigation
- Production support
- Support reporting using:
- Odessa reporting tools
- SSRS / Power BI
- Participate in:
- Requirements grooming
- Effort estimation
- Change management
- Maintain:
- Runbooks
- SOPs
- Knowledge base articles
- Ensure compliance with:
- AMS governance
- ITIL-based change management
- Quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application support / AMS / functional-technical roles
- Hands-on experience with Odessa platform:
- Leasing
- Lending
- Loan servicing
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Auto finance
- Commercial finance
- Captive finance
- Understanding of:
- Loan/lease lifecycle
- Funding, billing, collections
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Integration troubleshooting
- Experience with tools:
- ServiceNow
- Jira (or similar)
- Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of:
- SQL Server / Oracle
- Schema design and query optimization
- Experience with:
- API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML)
- Postman for debugging
- Exposure to:
- Odessa Studio / Odessa Designer
- Understanding of:
- OEM dealer programs
- Subsidy rates
- Floorplan financing
- Commercial lease structures
- Basic scripting skills:
- PowerShell
- Python
Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred)
- Auto finance lifecycle:
- Origination
- Contract booking
- Payment processing

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
