Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Odessa (LeaseWave) Technical Consultant / Support Lead to configure, support, and enhance leasing platform modules. The ideal candidate will act as a Technical SPOC, driving platform stability, integrations, and issue resolution across the full lease lifecycle. This role requires strong expertise in leasing/finance domain, SQL, and system integrations, along with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Odessa (LeaseWave) modules including Origination, Contracts, Billing, Assets, Accounting, and End-of-Term
- Act as the Technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for platform setup, enhancements, upgrades, and production support
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to:
- Lease lifecycle processing
- Billing discrepancies
- Accounting postings
- Support data migration, system integrations, and batch job processing
- Work on integrations with GL, CRM, DMS, and payment systems
- Collaborate with functional teams and developers to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Ensure platform stability, compliance, and adherence to business rules
- Participate in incident and change management processes
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Application Management Support (AMS) environment
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Odessa (LeaseWave) platform (leasing, lending, or loan servicing modules)
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Auto Finance / Commercial Finance / Captive Finance
- Loan & lease lifecycle, funding, billing, and collections
- Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for troubleshooting integrations
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to independently manage tasks in a high-pressure support environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle (schema design, stored procedures, query optimization)
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) and tools like Postman
- Exposure to Odessa Studio / Odessa Designer for workflows and configurations
- Knowledge of captive finance processes (OEM programs, subsidy rates, floorplan, leasing structures)
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for automation
