Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer & Administrator to support and enhance multiple FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow instances in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform support, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Important: Candidates must have an active ServiceNow certification verifiable via the official partner portal. Certification proof (PDF) is required for submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Perform daily administration, monitoring, and support across production and non-production instances
- Provision, install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow environments
- Monitor system health and ensure availability, performance, and integrity of the platform
- Collaborate with platform teams to perform upgrades, patching, and system updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks
- Support and enhance modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB/ITOM
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Document administrative procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Coordinate with ServiceNow Operations and Support teams to manage support cases and tickets
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules:
- Incident, Problem, Change Management
- Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
- ITOM / CMDB
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and JavaScript scripting
- Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working in Agile environments
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Active (Mandatory)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SPM and/or APM
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Certification
