Job Title: ServiceNow Developer & Administrator

Location: Evendale, OH (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen (Single Citizenship Only)


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer & Administrator to support and enhance multiple FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow instances in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform support, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Important: Candidates must have an active ServiceNow certification verifiable via the official partner portal. Certification proof (PDF) is required for submission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Perform daily administration, monitoring, and support across production and non-production instances
  • Provision, install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow environments
  • Monitor system health and ensure availability, performance, and integrity of the platform
  • Collaborate with platform teams to perform upgrades, patching, and system updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks
  • Support and enhance modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB/ITOM
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Document administrative procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow Operations and Support teams to manage support cases and tickets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules:
    • Incident, Problem, Change Management
    • Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
    • ITOM / CMDB
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development and JavaScript scripting
  • Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Active (Mandatory)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SPM and/or APM
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Certification
