Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ETL QA Engineer with strong expertise in data pipeline testing, data warehousing, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity across multiple layers of data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end ETL / Data Pipeline QA testing
• Validate data flow across multiple layers (Source → Staging → Target)
• Analyze requirements and design test scenarios and test cases
• Ensure accuracy of data transformations and business rules
• Work with data warehouse structures and data lake environments
• Perform data validation using SQL queries
• Identify, log, and track defects and data quality issues
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business teams
• Support testing activities in Agile environments
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability for business needs

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• ETL Testing / Data Pipeline QA
• Data Warehousing concepts
• Strong expertise in:
• SQL / PL-SQL (advanced queries)
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Experience working with:
• Data lakes and intermediate data structures
• Ability to:
• Analyze requirements and design test scenarios
• Validate data across multiple pipeline stages
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Databricks / Delta Lake
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• ETL Testing / Data Pipeline QA
• SQL / PL-SQL
• Data Quality & Validation
• Data Warehousing / Data Lakes
• Databricks (Nice to have)
