Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-scale analytics and AI-driven data solutions. This role will lead the design of modern data platforms, enabling AI-powered insights, data agents, and autonomous analytics workflows using Microsoft Fabric and AI Foundry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Architecture & Strategy
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise analytics and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric
- Define architecture across Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and semantic models
- Drive adoption of Fabric + AI Foundry ecosystem and OneLake architecture
2. Data Engineering & Integration
- Design scalable data pipelines using Fabric Data Pipelines, Spark/Notebooks, and Azure Data Factory
- Ensure high-quality, AI-ready datasets for analytics and AI consumption
3. AI & Data Agents
- Design and implement AI-powered data agents and automation workflows
- Integrate Microsoft Fabric with AI Foundry using RAG and agent orchestration
- Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance
4. Analytics & BI
- Lead Power BI semantic model development
- Enable self-service analytics and AI-driven dashboards
- Deliver actionable business insights
5. Governance & Security
- Define data governance standards (lineage, sensitivity, access control)
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and AI governance policies
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as technical lead for data and AI platform initiatives
- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
