Job Title: Digital Technical Product Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of digital and technology products. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution, leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating across engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap using market research and data insights
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and market validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Engineering, UX, Business, Marketing, Operations
- Build and present business cases and value propositions
- Analyze product performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools
- Drive continuous improvement through insights, experimentation, and feedback loops
- Facilitate product discovery, design workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Manage backlog prioritization using frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF)
- Ensure alignment with Agile / Lean product development practices
- Mentor team members and act as an escalation point for issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Digital / Technical Product Management
- Strong expertise in:
- Product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution
- Agile / Scrum / Lean methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of:
- APIs, microservices, integrations
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE fundamentals
- Experience with:
- Data-driven decision-making (KPIs, analytics, A/B testing)
- Data engineering concepts (ETL, data models)
- Strong ability to:
- Interpret architecture diagrams and system designs
- Communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile product development
- Strong understanding of:
- Mobile usability and release cycles
- Web services and backend integrations
- Experience in Billing & Payments domain
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and applications
- Proficiency with tools:
- JIRA, Rally, JWM
- Figma, Zoom Whiteboard
- Adobe Analytics, Glassbox
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Product Ownership & Product Management
- APIs / Microservices / Cloud Platforms
- Agile / Scrum / Lean Frameworks
- Analytics & Experimentation (A/B Testing)
- Billing & Payments Domain (Preferred)
Key Deliverables:
- Clear and actionable product roadmap and strategy
- Well-defined epics, user stories, and backlog
