Position: RPA Solution Architect
Malvern, PA (Locals Only - F2F)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale RPA automation solutions. This role requires deep expertise in UiPath architecture, governance, and scalable automation frameworks, along with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, IT, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise solutions
- Define and implement automation standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Architect solutions using REFramework, custom frameworks, and reusable components
- Lead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design (tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers)
- Evaluate application stability and determine automation feasibility (UI vs API vs integration)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions
- Establish robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
- Collaborate with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and design guidance
- Contribute to automation roadmaps, estimations, and risk assessments
- Work within Agile methodologies for delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years of RPA experience
- 3+ years as an RPA Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in:
- UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- UiPath REFramework
- Selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential management
- Experience with:
- UiPath IXP (Intelligent Document Processing)
- UiPath Agentic Automation
- Strong programming skills in Python (automation, integrations, data processing)
- Experience with:
- Version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
- JIRA
- AWS infrastructure and components
Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Solution Architect Certification
- Experience with other RPA tools:
- Automation Anywhere
- Blue Prism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Work Requirements:
- Hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in Malvern, PA)
- Local candidates preferred (must be available for Face-to-Face client evaluation)
