Experience Required: 10 & Above
Descriptions:
Need candidates with strong experience in migrating contact center applications from Cisco on Prem to Cisco Webex CCE.
Candidates should also have the ability to understand bottlenecks and troubleshoot the systems migrated to Cisco WXCCE and not working as expected and inspecting and remediating faulty call flows.
Need people in US West Coast. The candidates should have at least 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ in Cisco platforms.
Should have experience in GDF integration issues remediation.
Knowledge of the following products and technologies:
SIP trunks
WXCC
CUCM SME
AudioCodes SBCs
Scope of Engagement: Remediation and Migration of Contact center IVR systems from Cisco on Prem to Cisco WCCE in T&M. Associate will work directly with customers.
Skills: IT IS_CNS_Voice Network_Cisco
